The relationship between the plot, cardinal points and views and the desire for flowing living from inside to outside are decisive for the concept of this design:
A coherent continuum of rooms with large glazed areas facing the garden with swimming pond forms the first floor.

The structure of the upper floor lies at a 90° angle over the first floor and appears to float above the garage and garden. This creates sheltered outdoor areas in front of the entrance and the living room, reflecting the desire for outdoor living.

Large terraces will be created on the upper floor, which will also connect the upper floor with the outside space.
